People are different. Many of those differences require that we adjust our approach to dealing with others. This class uses a self-assessment tool (that can be downloaded from the student materials) to discover how these differences can be described. At ej4, we use the DISC system which parallels closely the more widely used (but much more expensive) DISC or Myers Briggs systems. There is no right or wrong; no good or bad. There is just: different. This class is an overview of the different style, and a prerequisite for managers who wish to later participate in these classes: Leading the High D, Leading the High I, Leading the High S and/or Leading the C.
